Tourism South East carried out a Mystery Shopper at their Station Road shop, covering all aspects of quality of service that a customer is likely to experience, when visiting a Tourist Information Centre.

Earlier this year, budding artists and designers, of all ages were invited to design a flag (ages 16 and under) or a banner (ages 17 and over) that illustrates their ‘take’ on the world's first Garden City.

Over 100 years ago, the founding father of the Garden City Movement, Ebenezer Howard, bravely challenged the intolerable living and social conditions that existed in certain parts of Britain at that time and became the catalyst for bringing about monumental change to improve the quality of lives for millions of people in the UK and subsequently throughout many countries.
