The portfolio consists of a wide range of property including 150,000 sq ft of offices, 400 industrial units and 200 shops, spread across the 5,500 acre Garden City Estate.

The Heritage Foundation is the largest landlord in the Garden City, using income generated from the estate to fund its charitable objects and reinvest in the property portfolio. Looking ahead the Heritage Foundation is planning to heavily invest in the town centre, improving the retail offering for the benefit of local residents, traders and businesses.

Allotments, caravan storage and garages are available for lease as well as properties for community use, including scout headquarters, sports fields and halls.
