The Letchworth Garden City Industrial estate is situated approximately 30 miles to the north of London, and 20 miles to the West of Cambridge. The Estate benefits from excellent road access to the A1(M) at Junctions 7&8 together with local road links to Hitchin, Baldock and Stevenage.

The Industrial Estate is located ½ a mile to the east of the town centre which provides all main amenities including mainline rail services on the London to Cambridge Line.

The Such Close estates are located adjacent to one another, being situated close to Works Road. Both the estates are let on standard commercial terms.

Such Close One, provides 15 modern industrial units ranging from 1,500 – 3,000 sq ft in size, each providing all main amenities, and allocated parking. Such Close Two provides a range of 14 smaller business units (500-1,000 sq ft), benefiting from all main amenities.
