Thousands will rock on Broadway

'Summer on Broadway' in the world's first Garden City may not be as fashionable as taking a stroll down its illustrious namesake in the USA - but it will certainly be just as much fun!

Thousands of people are expected to attend 'Summer on Broadway' - a fun day spectacular in Broadway Gardens - run jointly by Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and North Herts District Council, on Saturday 3 July.

There will be many stalls, (including down Broadway Walk), food, clowns, jugglers, street entertainers and musical acts including St Christopher School's 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club' Band and Letchworth Garden City Band.

The Grand Final of the talent contest, 'Search for a Star' , takes centre stage at 4pm and at 7pm, 'Kings of Queen' will 'rock you' with their fabulous tribute to the legendary Queen - a fitting finale to what will be a great day. As part of 'summer on Broadway' , Letchworth Garden City Town Centre Partnership is organising an Italian market in Leys Square.
