A community talent contest called ‘Letchworth’s Got Talent’ has been unveiled in the world’s first Garden City, to search for the town’s next big star.

Are you the next big thing from Letchworth Garden City?

Calling all musicians, dancers, singers, magicians, performers, comedians, dramatists, as well as any other unique talented individuals or groups, the deadline for entries is Friday 16 April.

Entry costs just £5 for soloists or £10 for groups of two or more.

Organised by the Friends of Mrs Elizabeth Howard Memorial Hall and sponsored by Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, the auditions are scheduled to take place during April at their Hall, with the Semi Finals (under 16) on 7 May and (over 16) 14 May, and Final on 12 June, at Plinston, Broadway.
