Stocklin UK, manufacturers of automated warehousing products, celebrate their 10th anniversary by moving to new premises at 615c Jubilee Road.  The new business unit combines purpose built office and workshop space all under one roof. 

Sales Director Peter Lerigo said “For the first time, this combined facility has given us sales, service and workshop facilities all together in one building.  In addition we are now able to create a UK Spare parts holding to support our UK customer base” 

Garden House Hospice
Unit 18, Green Lane Three

Unit 18 has undergone a £70,000 refurbishment to meet the requirements of local charity Garden House Hospice. The unit has been taken up on a new 10 year lease and will act as the charity’s distribution centre, enabling them to serve six shops in the North Hertfordshire area.  

FGH Controls
Blackhorse Road

Following a £200,000 refurbishment of the former Fermark building in Blackhorse Road, FGH Controls Ltd have been able to further expand their research and development activities. 

This expansion has led to the creation of new jobs in the Garden City as FGH Controls have taken this building in addition to their existing headquarters. Works have commenced and should be complete early in 2010.  FGH Controls Limited forms part of the international company FGH Superheat who also have offices in Canada & North America.
