The Heritage Foundation is able to provide grants towards certain improvements to properties in Letchworth Garden City, subject to applicants gaining its approval under Landlord’s Consent.

This includes alterations or renovations to Garden City homes and businesses repairing or replacing their Town Centre shop fronts.
