Paul Palmer is an archaeologist and lecturer. Born in the Garden City, he began his career in international marketing.

A qualified and practising archaeologist, he is a tutor for the University of Cambridge. He is Chairman of the North Hertfordshire Archaeology Society and the Town Discussion Forum.

His interests include heritage, history and the environment.
