Garden City resident for over 40 years, Lynda Needham works in a bank and is an elected representative for the electoral ward of Letchworth South West on North Hertfordshire District Council.

Lynda served on the Board of Letchworth Garden City Corporation from 1991 to 1995 as North Herts. District Council Nominee. She is also North Herts. District Council cabinet member for housing.

Lynda is Chairman of Governors at Westbury Primary School and Nevells Road Nursery School and Chairman of Letchworth Education Forum. She is also a Trustee of Letchworth Civic Trust.

Her interests include amateur dramatics.
