Alan Scouller is a former Head of Group Employee Relations at Midland Bank (now HSBC) and a retired member of the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He became Chairman of the Heritage Foundation in 2004.

A Garden City resident for over 38 years, he is a member of the Diocese of Westminster Education Board, and a governor of the John Henry Newman school, for over 25 years. His is a member of Letchworth Arts and Leisure Group and of St Hugh's Parish.

His interests include cricket, employment law, reading, music and art, travel, family and history.
