We operate three businesses that fall outside our charitable status. Two are companies limited by guarantee. One is a charitable Industrial and Provident Society [*] in its own right. All exist to ‘gift aid’ any surpluses back to us.

Partnerships with purpose

We collaborate with local stakeholder organisations to improve the Garden City.

We seeks to work closely with local authorities operating in Letchworth, notably North Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council. Both organisations are represented with Governors and have places permanently reserved for their representatives on our Board of Management.
