Planning Applications by the Heritage Foundation

The Heritage Foundation has to, like other residents or organisations, apply for planning permission to North Hertfordshire District Council to carry out development on its land.

Like everyone else, we endeavour to comply with the policies set down by North Hertfordshire Council in its local plan to ensure we receive planning permission.

Before we submit a planning application, we try to gain the views of nearby residents to ensure we can take into account as many local issues as possible. This means writing to local people and inviting their comments before we apply. Where we can, we incorporate these views into the scheme before submitting a planning application.
