Adrian Brace, Director of Property

Adrian Brace was appointed as Director of Property for Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation in March 2011, having been in post in an 'acting' capacity since August 2010.

Adrian is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, experienced in all aspects of property management, asset valuation and investment. He has worked for the Foundation for over 12 years; with the last 10 as Head of the Property Management team.

Since his promotion to Director of Property, he has taken on a lead role for many of the Foundation's income generating and support activities, including Property Management, Property Services, Estate Management, Customer Support & Contracts, Environment and subsidiary operation, Letchworth Cottages and Buildings Ltd. Adrian is also the Director in charge of the Tourist Information Centre, Minibus Service and Health and Safety.

A qualified junior Football Coach, Adrian is actively involved with his local team both in a managerial role and at committee level.
