The Executive

Our Executive team is led by Chief Executive, John Lewis.

Two Executive Directors report directly to the Chief Executive. All three Directors attend monthly meetings of the Board of Management (Meet the Executive).

We employ 163 staff (staff numbers to 30 September 2009) from a wide range of professions including surveyors, accountants, marketers, nurses, farm workers, foresters, cinema operatives, bar and catering staff. Working to an annual Corporate Plan, our financial year runs from 1 October to 30 September.

On a day-to-day basis, the Directors line manage our operations, departments, charitable enterprises and subsidiary companies.
