The Estate

The Foundation owns and manages the 5,500-acre
Garden City Estate comprising offices, shops, factories,
houses, farms, community amenities and land.

Income generated from property, farming and other activities is ploughed back into the Garden City in two ways: reinvestment to maintain the fabric of the Estate and its landscape; and funding for a wide range of charitable enterprises and endeavours in Letchworth Garden City.
